Our strong team of engineers, specialized in various fields, offer a prompt and efficient service to the customers. Our Service department functions on a process oriented call logging system. We have customers and patrons who are been served over the years for their Field Support, In-house support, and LAN/WAN support by our certified and qualified engineers.
Facility Management Services
Pixel has a set of its trained and efficient engineers who are deputed at customer locations to offer their services at the customer site. Such services are also provided to critical sites s.a. customer data centers where there is always a need of around-the-clock, and urgent IT service intervention.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
With our unique arrangement, Pixel takes over all the responsibility to provide 24 X 7 IT Services for its customers under comprehensive and non comprehensive annual contracts. We help customers rest assured about getting a resolution to their IT issues with an immidiate turn-around time, as per the defined SLNs.
Inhouse Service Center
Pixel provides services through its in-house repair service center. The center provides an affordable and precise repairing services for computer and its peripherals s.a. laptops, motherboards, plotters, tank and laserjet MFP (Multi Function Printer), Projectors Monitors, etc.
